One of my goals when I set out to write MOUNT PLEASANT was to be a part of the Featured Script section on The Black List...and I get to check that off the dream list today! I got to work with an amazing designer to make a poster of MOUNT PLEASANT, and I love how it turned out. It ties the gothic horror themes of the Christian boarding school with the bleakness of the historical period. Can you imagine it on the coming soon attractions on HBO, perhaps?
